Thank you!! I will enjoy listening on the way to work. Very relevant topics. So nice to be able to expand my knowledge and expertise so easily. I love that the podcasts are short, with small chunks of information, making it easy to listen and digest when I have a few minutes to spare. And it’s free!?! That absolutely makes it accessible to me. Thank you!

  2. This is awesome, I can listen anywhere and any time just from my phone! Great idea Dr. Meals! Perfect format with just enough info for those short moments of free time. Can’t wait for more topics.
